Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ener-Z account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
